Truland Service and the 8280 Greensboro Drive Emergency Communications System

I want to thank you for the response to the crisis that came up this morning.

When we first discovered that the emergency communication system was down the first call we made for assistance in obtaining parts and technical assistance was to Alarm Tech Solutions.

It ended up not only being the first call we made but the only call we had to make. The fact that we were able to reach both of the owners of Alarm Tech Solutions on a Saturday morning is impressive. In addition, we received a call from one of your technicians in the interim.

But it goes beyond that, to have both of the owners in the office on a weekend to obtain parts and then one of them come out to the site and work with us to get the system back up goes a long way in not only protecting, but strengthening the reputation of Truland Service with a very important customer of ours. I can truly tell you that this is a level of commitment that is not experienced with any other distributor.
